Bungendore Dental Surgery is a privately-owned family practice that was first established in 2014 at 11, Gibraltar Street, Bungendore. In June 2022, it moved to its brand new home 34, Ellendon street, Bungendore.

Bungendore dental surgery is run by husband/wife duo, Dr.Ram Kavuri and Dr. Srilatha Kavuri[Ghattamaneni]. The Kavuri‘s knew how a family practice should be run and had a vision of building a practice based on values, long-term relationships and trust. And that’s just what they’ve done, whatever a patient’s needs, Ram and Sri make a formidable team.

Dr.Srilatha is an experienced general and family dentist who loves to treat families and children. She graduated in 2007 with bachelor of dental surgery in India and obtained her ADC in 2014. She is passionate about preventive dentistry and educating her patients about maintaining proper oral health for a lifetime. She is often referred to as the "gentle dentist" because of her small hands and soft touch. Dr. Sri is a confident and caring dentist and looks forward to provide quality dental treatment for every patient. she regularly attends continuing General Dentist education courses to update her knowledge and skills. She has a special interest towards orthodontics which made her to do a 2 year progressive orthodontics course for general dentist. She is a member of Australian Dental Association.

Dr. Ram is an experienced general and family dentist, and highly skilled in various aspects of dentistry. Dr.Ram had completed his bachelor of dental surgery in 2000, following that he had worked in various parts of India for 7years. Dr.Ram had cleared Australian Dental Council (ADC) examination in 2007 and started practising dentistry in Sydney from 2008. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry particularly treating families, young and old. He is proficient and competent in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children. He is experienced in doing various treatments like preventive care, extractions, root canal treatments, crown and bridge, dentures, mouth and sports guards and cosmetic dentistry including tooth coloured fillings, veneers etc. He has been practising dentistry for 15 years and he is also a firm believer in the importance of career long learning. To that end, he has achieved hundreds of hours of continuing education to date .
